Remove db.dynamic.catalog setting for PostgreSQL section

Description
This setting is optional, but if specified it MUST be the same as the database name in the db.url. So there is really no need for it to be there and if it's there and not the same value, PostgreSQL will complain about not supporting cross-database referecens.
