Filter annotations on the Annotations tab based on subtype of item

Description

For items with a subtype and if a matching annotation type category is found, only annotations for the given category should be displayed initially. It should be possible to select to display all annotations.

This is more or less the same functionality that is already implemented in the edit annotations dialog (:comment:13:ticket:1597)
