Horizontal scroll bar in the directory tree is not at the bottom of the frame

Description
If a horizontal scroll bar is needed in the directory tree part of the file manager it appears just below the last directory entry and not at the bottom of the frame containing the directory tree.
If there are so many directories that a vertical scroll bar is needed the situation gets worse. In this case the horizontal scroll bar is out of view and one need to first use the vertical scroll bar to scroll down before the it is possible to scroll horizontally.
