The 'edit annotation' link on experiment page opens an incorrect dialog

Description
The experiment properties page display a table with experimental factors and another table with all raw bioassays included in the experiment. The latter table has columns that display the annotation values for each experimental factor. For each value there is an 'edit' icon that should open a dialog for editing the annotation value on the correct parent item. But instead the edit annotations for the experiment is opened.
My guess is that this is something that was broken by #1644.
