Description
It's time to phase out the upgrade program. Mainly because future changes may affect the upgrade program and that it takes time to test this for every new release.
This is the first step and we'll still include the upgrade program in the binary distribution and documentation.
In a later release the upgrade program will also be removed from the binary distribution.
