Rename 'freezer' on bioplate to 'storage location'

Description

Since biomaterial doesn't have to be stored in freezers. This is for the web interface only. The underlying API and data objects should not be modified. May need to update documentation and a few screen shots.

I think we need to make some more changes... When selecting a 'storage location' there is automatically a filter on the hardware type that is set to freezer. We need to be able to add more storage location types (eg. hardware types). The filter need to be dynamic based on the bioplate type which means that the bioplate type need an association to a storage location type.
