Create child biomaterial plate

A new function in the gui that create one or more child plates from a biomaterial plate. The starting point is on the bioplate view page. A popup is opened that displays a graphical overview of the source plate and allows the user to select how many new plates to create. The user can then manually map positions from the source plate to the destination plate or use a predefined mapping.

The end result should be registered as a bioplate event (#1536).

First prototype implemented. It only works with samples->extract creation. It will create child plates and biomaterial with default names.

Can now create sample and extracts. Prepared for labeled extracts, but doesn't work due to missing input for label. Added basic editing of names of child plate and biomaterial if the default names are not wanted.

Adding field for 'label' so that it is now possible to create labeled extract plates. Adding field for 'used quantity'. Recently used items are remembered per source biomaterial type since it is most likely different plate types, protocols, etc. depending on this.

Everything seems to work right now, but I am not completely sure about the usability of everything. Next step is to test some specific scenarios.
