Request of a new feature in select-columns window

Selecting visible columns for list-views of items that can have annotations can be a trouble when plenty of annotation types for this item-type exist. One gets a looong list of item-property columns + all the annotation types the user has access to. Would it be possible to add a control in this window that would filter kinds of columns that are displayed? Currently we're most interested in annotation types shared/visible in an active project. It would probably be useful to be able to show only item-properties (hide all annotations).
