Highlight what is a formula in bioassay spot data views

Description
When one selects columns for spot data views it is hard to see what is a formula. It would be nice if the formula entries in the selection windows had a [Formula] prefix to show it is a formula. Also the mouse over for column headers could explicitly show it is showing the result of a formula.

(In [5438]) Fixes #1521: Highlight what is a formula in bioassay spot data views
Adds [Formula] as a prefix to all formula columns. The tooltip when the mouse is over the column header is taken from the formula's description so it can easily be changed by the admin/formula owner.
