Description
Ticket #1485 added the functionality to use external files. In many cases this will only work if the code is aware of some minor changes such as Location.EXTERNAL and File.getSize() may return -1. The following plug-in packages had some issues due to #1485 and new versions should be released as soon as possible after BASE 2.16 has been released:
- FTP Server: http://baseplugins.thep.lu.se/ticket/264
- MeV Launcher: http://baseplugins.thep.lu.se/ticket/266
- Illumina plug-ins: http://baseplugins.thep.lu.se/ticket/265
NOTE! The three packages listed above has already been fixed. Do not release any of these before BASE 2.16 is released since they will not work with earlier versions.
