"Test with file" function display [object] for all mapping expressions in Internet Explorer 8
- Choose any plug-in that supports the "Test with file" function, for example the Plate importer.
- Select an existing configuration or create a new one
- Start configuring the plug-in and use the "Test with file" button.
- Select a test file and make sure that column headers, etc. matches and that the "Parse the file" action shows the "Column mappings" tab.
- Switch to the "Column mappings" tab. All fields in the "Mapping expressions" column display the string:
[object]
If the incorrect mappings are not fixed the strings will be stored in the configuration making it unusable.
