Functionality of the "No labels" selection in plot function in the bioassay table in experiment explorer

Description

Checking the No labels box removes all labels for the x-axis but I think the annotation labels should be kept (if available). Checking the "No labels" should only remove bioassay names.

It is not possible. The only way to know the coordinates were to put the colored boxes is to find the coordinates for the labels.

Replying to nicklas:

Could one not replace the label text, i.e., the bioassay names, with '.' (period) or simply by ' ' (blank space) when the No labels box is selected. In this way the sought after effect is achieved, i.e., the label text doesn't take up space in the display.

This may actually work now that the problem with non-unique labels have been solved (in [5138]). Additional comments about the plot functionality should go in #1386 or #1385.
