Description

Caching was fixed in #1374. It seems to be a major performance enhancement.

This should fix the ticket. But there are so many different error-handling cases to test that I want to keep it open a bit more...

The tests in #1406 were successful. Also fixed an issue with icons in the outline for protocol parameters.
