Description
An annoying thing on long pages is that as soon as you scroll down/right in the browser the menubar is scrolled out of the page. To use the menubar the page needs to be scrolled back. Modern browers has support for keeping things in a fixed position and I suggest that we keep the menu bar visible at all times.
