Description

Could also protocols be annotatable? That will help to store some more 'programaticaly accessible' information on them. I also have a feeling that this is possible/required in MGED Ontology (or some other microarray standard?). I have uploaded a patch. It contains two small changes in java code and some more in JSP pages related to protocols. I tested it only on a fresh database (used initdb.sh), so schema version (NEW_SCHEMA_VERSION in Install class) should be increased to enable automatic db update.

I hope I haven't missed to many things and this will be a useful contribution, Pawel
