Group list-page does not list users that are members

Description
The users-column at group list-page does not list any users, although there are several users that are members in a group.

Group list-page does not list users that are members - this is not completely true. The Users-column only lists those users that are not using the group as a quota group. Both quota-group-members and regular members cannot be listed cause this would make the filter-function to stop function properly.
