Changing name of the 'File' entry in the top toolbar to 'BASE'

Description

The content of the 'File' menu entry does not look like a standard application. Maybe it is time to change the label. I suggest that we call it 'BASE' instead because the content is similar to what you find in Mac OS X under the corresponding menu item.

This is trivial to change in the GUI but the docs need to be updated as well.
