Viev and download icons for file should show file size

Description
There are a lot of places in the BASE web interface where view/download icons for a file are displayed. It would be useful to know the file size before starting a download for example. It shouldn't be too hard to implement (for example as part of the tooltip) since I think those icons are generated by a central function.
