Description

The format of how well(array LIMS) coordinates are displayed should be like [CHARACTER, NUMBER]. The filter function should also be changed to support this new format instead. See ticket #1266 for more background.

(In [4860]) References #1282 Use WellCoordinateFormatter to view row as a character and column as a number. The filters are not updated yet.
