First version. A lot of the code is still suboptimal. Need to add annotations to the view.

  • Added annotations, support for formula columns. Now mostly needs to be cleaned up and documented.
  • Fixed another problem with COUNT(DISTINCT) queries.
  • Changed stylesheet for forms on view pages
