Description
See #1266 for a background. I think this needs to go in as soon as possible (before users start to create files with numerical coordinates) since it will introduce a backwards incompatible change in how coordinates are treated. The changes will make the batch importers handle coordinates in the same way as the PlateFlatFileImporter?. There are three batch importers affected by this:
The other issues discussed in #1266 (filters, etc) will be done in a later release.
