The documentation says that reporters and assays are ordered in ascending order ... ascending on what?

Hmm.. just checked the (Javadoc) documentation. It says:
The row is sorted in ascending position order, the columns are sorted in ascending column order.
Yes, but what does ascending column order mean? Internal ID? Anyhow, it does not really matter since this function will become deprecated (or be removed?) in near future.
