"Share new files and sub- directories automatically" should have a recursive option

The problem:

People works in projects and share a common project directory structure. They work and are happy but after a while they start getting permission problems ... they cannot read directories created in the project directory. The problem is that the Share new files and sub- directories automatically" was set to 'no'. The issue is resolved by fixing the permissions on the items and also selecting the automatic share to 'yes', but it must be done for all items manually.

So, there is actually two problems.

1. Add a recursive option to the right of the automatic option. If the recursive option is set then the selection of automatic should be propagated to all files and subdirectories.

2. Add functionality to automatically set share on all items in a directory structure.
