Plugin running time unexpected output while executing

Description
When running a plugin (Illumina package) the running time reads +6h just seconds after starting the job. When finished the running time output seems ok, e.g., 1 minute and a couple of seconds.
Unexpected behavior to me. Expected or minor bug?

This is a server configuration issue. Eg. The job agent has a different time than the BASE web server. The picture clearly shows that the "started" time (set by the job agent) is 6 hourse before the "created" time (set by the BASE web server).
