Automatic plug-in registration wizard should group plug-ins by JAR file

Description
When there are many plug-in JAR files in the base.plugins directory the list in the wizard is long it is hard to see which plug-ins are related and which are not. This need to be clearer. A possible solution may be to add an additional level in the tree that corresponds to the JAR file. The subtree for plug-ins that are already installed should be collapsed. It should be possible to select "Install all" for a specific JAR file so that admins don't have to select each individual plug-in.
