Test with file function doesn't remember selected character set

Description

Select any import plug-in which has a "Character set" parameter as one of it's parameters (for example the annotation importer).

  1. When configuring the job or plug-in select the "Test with file" button. In the popup select a different "Encoding" and then click "Ok". The selected encoding is not transferred to the "Character set" parameter.
  1. Select a different value for the "Character set" parameter. Click on the "Test with file" button. The selected character set is not transferred to the "Encoding" setting.

It is also confusing with two names for the same setting. I think we should use "Character set" in all places.
