Overview of an experiment

Create a plugin or something that generates an overview of all items in an experiment. It could for example be a tree-like image showing how the hybridizations, extracts, samles, etc. are connected together. It could also show annotation information at each level, which protocols that have been used, etc. Possibly, the image would be clickable allowing one to go to or edit each item directly.
