Biomaterial lists

It should be possible to group biomaterials into lists (similar to grouping reporters in reporter lists). A single list may contain a mix of different biomaterials (biosource, sample, extract and labeled extract). The primary use of the lists will be to use them as filters.

This ticket is about adding support in the core for storing the lists. More tickets will be added for tasks such as:

• Creating and populating the lists (#1190)
• Manipulating the lists (eg. union, intersection, etc.) (#1191)
• Use the lists as filters (#1192)
