| 3 | 3 | Basically, we want to use the existing system for attaching files to raw bioassays and array designs, but without the platform concept. Under the hood this is already a separate thing so it should not be a problem. Theoretically, the data file should contain the same data that is otherwise imported into the database. This means that we need to be able to attach files on the bioassay level, and on the extra value level. We are not going to add any more meta-data columns that what is already there. But we need to duplicate the existing columns to be able to tell the difference between data in files and data in the database. |
