Implement "ALL" as a special keyword for the "Used quantity from parent" mapping in batch importers

Description

When batch importers are used to create new child aliquots, etc. it would be useful to be able to specify "ALL" for the "Used quantity from parent" mapping. This would cause the importer to set the "Used quantity" to the currently "Remaining quantity" of the parent item so that the remaining quantity after the import is 0.
