See also #1984 and #1983 for other improvements.

Right-clicking the header in a table listing should bring up a context menu where it is possible to toggle the visibility of columns.

This has now been implemented. Tested with Firefox, IE, Edge and Chrome.

The right-click feature didn't work in the change history table due to missing css and javascript for the popup menu.
