(In [6345]) Fixes #1782: Select date dialog doesn't display correctly in IE10
Since IE8 there is no need to be browser-specific any longer for the display property (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/ms530751%28v=vs.85%29.aspx). Seems like IE10 dropped backwards "compatibility" with the old behaviour.

Checked a few more combinations that display the dialog correctly:
Seems like there is an issue with IE10 and BASE 3.2.3 that is fixed either by upgrading BASE or IE. Don't know if IE9 works or not since I don't have any computer with that installed.
