Description
This is partly related to #1590 (Documentation cleanup). In order to provide enough information for developers and users migrating from BASE 2 to BASE 3 the old documentation must be available on the BASE Trac server. I suggest that we put it in: http://base.thep.lu.se/chrome/site/2.17

I have moved the existing documentation to http://base.thep.lu.se/chrome/site/2.17 and soft-linked the http://base.thep.lu.se/chrome/site/latest directory to it. When BASE 3 is released the link should be converted into a real directory.
