Move biomaterial on plates

A new function in the gui for moving biomaterials on a bioplate to another bioplate (typical use case is to move it from a reaction plate to a storage plate) should be implemented. The starting point is on the bioplate view page. A popup is opened that displays a graphical overview of the source plate and allows the user to select a destination plate. The user can then manually map positions from the source plate to the destination plate or use a predefined mapping.

The end result should be registered as a bioplate event (#1536).
