Make it visually clear when no project is active

Description

Currently, it is possible to see which project that is active in the menu-bar. It is also possible to quickly switch between projects using the menu. However, the current functionality is still a bit hidden since there are also some other functions in that part of the menu bar. It would be nice if it was easier to see which project that is active and a LOT EASIER to see if NO PROJECT is active.

(In [4739]) References #1173 The recently-used-items-menu fall off the screen after the active-project menu was moved. This will correct this and move the recently..-menu more to the left.
