The major aim with this milestone is to fix all issues related to migration of the Lund University Microarray core facility BASE 1.2 to BASE 2.6. New functionality for better support of Illumina will be added. Additional Illumina plug-ins will be distributed as a separate package. See ​http://baseplugins.thep.lu.se/wiki/net.sf.basedb.illumina.
