public class ToRawBioAssaySourceItemTransformerFactory
extends AbstractSourceItemTransformerFactory

Transformer factory implementation for transforming to raw bioassays. The current implementation support transforming from:

• SyncFilter.SourceItemTransform.PARENT_TO_CHILD: BIOSOURCE, SAMPLE, EXTRACT, PHYSICALBIOASSAY, DERIVEDBIOASSAY
• SyncFilter.SourceItemTransform.CHILD_TO_PARENT: None
